Ithaca Frikes harbour

This picture is the harbour of Frikes before you reach the better-known Kioni.

I am exploring the depth of field and the perspective of the boats in the foreground.

The sun is fully on the small town at midday.

It is quite am ambitious picture for me. I am pleased with the colours in contrast say to Craster in Northumberland.

You can definitely see they are different parts of the world..but as small fishing towns with tourism they share more similarities than you might think.
